POLLEN Terrace offers a casual all-day dining menu serving comfort food channelling Executive Chef Steve Allen’s ethos of delivering fresh, natural flavours focused on French-Mediterranean flavours.
Chef Yong Bing Ngen
Formerly the Executive Chinese Chef at the Hai Tien Lo restaurant in Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore and Chef De Cuisine of the Raffles Hotel Singapore for the Empress Room and Doc Cheng’s, Chef Yong Bing Ngen was also the Executive Chef for Jade restaurant in Fullerton Hotel.
With 29 years of experience under his belt, Chef Yong believes that a good Chinese chef should have a strong basic foundation of Chinese cooking skills and also be continuously exposed to the different ingredients and produce available in the market. Harmoniously introducing new ingredients which he discovers into his menu is his guiding culinary philosophy. Chef Yong aims to continue to innovate and push culinary boundaries while keeping true to the roots of Chinese cooking.

General Manger Arthur Ter
With over 18 years of experience working with Four Seasons Hotels around the world, Arthur is a respected veteran who has carved a solid reputation for himself in the hospitality and food and beverage sector.
Having worked across continents from Europe, America to Asia, Arthur returned to Singapore in 2012 to assume the role of General Manager at Majestic Bay seafood restaurant. Fiercely committed to the highest service standards yet likeably humble and down-to-earth, Arthur shares, “My personal goal on the job is to ‘look after everyone’. From the guests we serve, to the colleagues I work with daily, I always aim to make them feel as comfortable as they can be.”
